  • The 2800 Series Program Process Controller is an industrial process control instrument designed with the latest measurement control technology. Advanced hardware and software design techniques with high measurement and control accuracy.

    Support 9 process curves, each can set 24 segment program curve, can realize process control of 24 segment curve, can realize relay action output, 5 groups PID call and other practical functions in 24 segment curve according to need. Achieve complex requirements for curve process control.

    The program process controller has dual heating and cooling output control functions, and the second input oxygen sensor sensor can realize the carbon potential control function in the heat treatment application.

    The second auxiliary input channel has a heater disconnection alarm function, a remote DCS remote control setting set value SV, and an oxygen probe input carbon potential control function. Support high-low temperature switching function of dual input sensor.

    Switching optical input is divided into 2 groups, which can realize flexible application switching of various application functions.

    The process controller has 47 industrial signal sensor input functions.

    Control output types are: relay, analog linear signal, solid state relay output (transistor), thyristor (can directly drive electrical equipment below 5 amps).
